Ingredients: 1 large fish ( per person) 1 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup soy sauce Instructions:
